1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting services from Dubai Evac or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Dubai Evac is a coordination and logistics service provider. We arrange and facilitate evacuation services through licensed aviation operators, transport providers, security services and logistics partners.

• Private jet charter coordination
• Ground transport and armored transfer coordination
• Emergency routing and evacuation logistics
• Travel planning and destination coordination

Dubai Evac is not an airline, aircraft operator, or transportation carrier. All flights are operated by licensed third-party aviation operators.

3. Volatile Operating Environment

Services are provided in regions that may experience armed conflict, airspace restrictions, government actions, border closures, sanctions, and rapidly changing security conditions.

Dubai Evac reserves the right to modify any of the following without prior notice if required for safety or legality:

• Departure airport
• Arrival airport
• Aircraft type
• Routing and intermediate stops
• Departure timing
• Destination airport or region

Such changes shall not constitute breach of contract and do not automatically qualify for refunds.

4. Booking & Payment

A booking becomes confirmed once payment is received and operational coordination has begun.

Payments may be accepted via:

• USD international bank transfer
• Bitcoin (BTC)

Clients are responsible for all bank charges, currency conversion costs, blockchain transaction fees, and intermediary banking costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Valid passports and travel documents
• Required visas and entry permissions
• Compliance with immigration and customs laws
• Medical fitness to travel
• Compliance with security screening and identity verification

Dubai Evac is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, or deportation resulting from documentation issues.

6. Force Majeure

Dubai Evac shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to:

• War or military conflict
• Civil unrest
• Terrorism
• Government orders
• Airspace closure
• Airport closure
• Sanctions
• Weather events
• Aviation regulatory restrictions

In such circumstances Dubai Evac may suspend, delay or modify services without liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dubai Evac shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income or opportunity
• Travel delays caused by aviation operators
• Government restrictions or airspace closures
• Security conditions in operating regions

Dubai Evac’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client.

8. Third-Party Providers

Dubai Evac relies on third-party operators including aviation companies, ground transport providers and logistics partners.

These providers operate under their own regulatory frameworks and contractual terms. Dubai Evac shall not be responsible for their operational decisions or performance.

9. Safety & Operational Authority

Aircraft captains, aviation operators and security partners retain final authority regarding operational safety decisions including:

• Flight cancellation
• Passenger removal
• Route alteration
• Operational delays

Such decisions are final and binding.

10. Destination Availability

Dubai Evac may operate flights to multiple international destinations including but not limited to:

• United Kingdom
• Netherlands
• Ireland
• Germany
• France
• Spain
• Sweden
• Switzerland
• Italy
• Greece
• India

Destination availability may change depending on operational conditions, aviation permissions and security situations.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by the Dubai Evac Refund Policy.

Due to operational commitments and supplier costs, many services become partially or fully non-refundable once coordination has commenced.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse this website including:

• Fraudulent booking attempts
• False identity information
• Disruptive automated activity
• Unauthorized copying of website content

13. Amendments

Dubai Evac reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory, operational or legal changes.

14. Governing Principles

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with internationally recognized commercial practices applicable to aviation logistics and emergency evacuation coordination services.
